Mode Settings

BIG

Default setting that provides maximum storage with

data saved in sequence to both disks.

RAID-0

Data is saved (striped) across both drives and accessed

in parallel to provide highest data transfer rates.

RAID-1

Half of the capacity is used to store your data on one

disk and the data is mirrored (copied) to the second

disk for safety.

2-Disk RAID Hard Drive

The Verbatim 2-Disk RAID storage solution offers several RAID modes including BIG, RAID-0 and

RAID-1 providing high speed and reliability for both professional and home use. Available in a USB/

eSATA II combination, each drive includes backup software to ensure your favourite music, photos,

video and critical data are safe.
